Passionate about property.

Since the 1990s, Yvonne has experienced many facets of real estate including Property Management, Sales, and Strata Management, holding real estate licenses for both NSW and QLD.  Yvonne also has held a keen interest in property investment, subdivisions, and renovations in both states, resulting in her owning and operating Accent Property Group and completing professional property renovations in both states since 2012.   

In 2001, Yvonne also founded Accredited Bookkeeping Systems, Registered BAS Agents and Bookkeepers in Northern NSW, now a partnership also operating out of Hobart.  When you employ Yvonne to sell your home, you can rest assured that she also has a good understanding of accounting for property investment.  Past roles also include working in the banking sector.

Through her experience in business, Yvonne has a strong customer service focus and loves meeting and communicating with different people. And for those times when things don’t go to plan, Yvonne is a great problem solver.  When you employ an agent, you want someone who has great communication skills, always goes above and beyond the call of duty, and always shows a great work ethic and an eye for detail.  Yvonne prides herself on those traits.  Yvonne also brings to the table honesty, integrity and empathy and can readily put herself in the shoes of a buyer or seller.  She loves all aspects of dealing in real estate, but finds transforming property through a renovation and seeing the new owners’ joy of moving into their newly renovated property particularly rewarding. 

When Yvonne is not involved in a real estate deal she loves the sport of motor racing and is a huge lover of international travel.  She has been fortunate to combine the two over the years, meeting many interesting people from around the world and making some great friends along the way.  She has two adult sons on the Gold Coast and enjoys her visits back to the area.  She also has a keen interest in natural health, politics, and world affairs.
