Licensed Agent, Nicola Concato, has travelled extensively around Australia since migrating here in 2015, before deciding to settle down on the Sunshine Coast in 2022, fulfilling his quest to chase an eternal summer, and he couldn’t be happier with his decision!

Nicola is a real estate professional whose duties include appraising, listing, marketing, and selling properties; he liaises closely with both buyers and sellers to secure a premium results – and his services cover residential, commercial, and business sales.

Prior to working in the property industry, Nicola was a chef for over 10 years, and has also worked in the building sector as a labourer.  In addition to his real estate license, he has been undertaking ongoing, extensive professional training in the areas of negotiation, finance, and marketing (including social media platforms).

When not working, Nicola enjoys kite surfing, camping, hiking, travelling, reading, and slackline climbing.
