I am highly experienced in the Gawler and surrounding areas having lived locally for the past 20 years with my wife Cassandra and three children. I have been practising since 2003 and now recognised as one of Gawler’s most dynamic and driven Real Estate identities. I was previously the Director and owner of Brock Harcourts Gawler Sales, but to me – that was merely a title. My focus now is more on playing my part within our growing enthusiastic team; where each member has a part to play in assisting members of the community with their Real Estate transactions.

I enjoy the fast pace that is the Real Estate Industry, but more importantly the long term relationships I form when helping my clients achieve their property goals. I encourage meetings to discuss any buyer needs to make finding that potential dream home easier. I know that selling a home is an emotional time for the owner and I believe it is my job to not only get the highest possible price but to also be compassionate and understanding. Effective communication and data base management is an absolute essential in today’s Real Estate market. I ensure that follow-up procedures are in place in order to stay well connected with people I interact with. It also allows me to provide extensive feedback to my vendors and assist with new opportunities in buying and selling.

Within my 18 years of experience in the industry I have achieved a Diploma of Property (Real Estate), Land Agent Licence, Principal position, Sales Manager position, Certificate IV in Business (Real Estate), Sales Representative and Licensed Auctioneer. I have also had training through Real Estate Training College, Real Estate Institute of South Australia, Real Estate Auction Academy and Harcourts Training Academy.
