 For almost 20 years, Dave has opened countless doors, each with its own story. Real estate is filled with opportunities like this, maybe not to this extreme, but each home and each client create their own character.

 As a former business coach, Dave exemplifies a client-centric professional approach ensuring clients fully understand the process of their individual journey. If nothing else, the 30 plus years spent in business and coaching has taught him that relationships are the foundation to achieve anything. Transitioning these skills into real estate allows Dave to support client values and provide clarity by opening closed doors, quelling the market noise to attain an ideal result. 

 There are no superpowers in the real estate, only finding a catalyst to open the right door at the right time, or at least to see who’s knocking. Dave understands there’s a ‘Why’ to every transaction and strives to connect the right story for the best results.  

 Beyond his passion for property, Dave has raised dogs for the Seeing Eye (USA), rides motorcycles (when he’s allowed) and is avid supporter of men’s mental health, aligning with the I’m Just A man Foundation.
