Dal was born in the UK and moved to Sydney's The Hills District when he was 12. After graduating from University, he moved back to the UK.

There, he started his own commercial and residential property development company, specialising in buying and refurbishing properties and selling them on as an investment. This provided him with the experience in the entire real estate process from A-Z, including dealing with buyers, sellers, builders, developers, real estate agents, banks and mortgage brokers, conveyancers and solicitors.

After 20 successful years operating his own business, Dal moved backed to The Hills five years ago. He then started working as an operations manager for a labour hire and facilities management company, where he gained more experience on the construction side of the things.

He then decided to follow his passion for sales and moved into real estate here in Australia. Dal prides himself on his great communication and listening skills, empathy, ability to read between the lines, honesty, ethics and his integrity.

In his spare time, you will find Dal being involved with his two boys who are keen sports players.

Dal specialises in the North West region of Sydney and surrounding areas.
