Amir Meshel
Amir Meshel as a second generation property investor, witnessed the merit of the cosmetic renovation process unfold at the age of 10. By 16, already seeing the benefit of “Location, Location, Location”, Amir immersed himself in developing an investor mindset.
Starting with a very small deposit of $5000 but the benefit of training in Financial Planning (RG146) and work experience in a “Big Four” Australian Bank, Amir invested in regional NSW, Tasmania and Western Australia. After several consecutive years of income from property and extending into profit from real estate, Amir became the first in his family to become a Real Estate Agent and share his insight to benefit buyers and now works purely as a Buyer’s Agent, negotiating on behalf of the buyer during the private treaty and auction process as well as being an Author of the “How To…” series “Where’s The Bees Blueprint ”
