More recently we’ve been using price guides to help sell homes. They’re an effective strategy to help you generate more interest from buyers.

At the bottom end of the price guide you would expect to see people wanting to own the home because it could represent below-market value.

At the top end of the price guide you would see that it’s a premium price, the price that the best buyer who’s in love with the home, emotionally connected to it, feeling competitive tension amongst other buyers would be prepared to go to to secure the home.

Having more buyers will generate a better outcome for you when you go to sell your home. Why don’t you consider using a price guide when trying to sell your home?
